Installation Art
The Monkey Series: Even Monkeys Fall from Trees (2019)
Exhibition organiser: NOBUDAM Space
Location: Art Number 23, Block F, 100 Clements Road, London, SE16 4DG
NOBUDAM space, derived from the Korean words “no” and “bu-dam,” meaning “pressure” (hence, “no pressure”),
is a platform that provides everyone with an opportunity to showcase their artistic potential.
We are delighted to share the remarkable talents of young artists who have dedicated significant effort to this exhibition.
Our goal is for this event to serve as a venue for celebrating diverse artistic passions and talents.
Your interest and support for the second exhibition of NOBUDAM space would be greatly appreciated.
The purpose of this exhibition is to demonstrate that anyone with passion can be an artist, regardless of expertise or genre.
To fulfill this purpose, we are honored to host young artists from various academic disciplines.
Amidst the global increase in social network usage on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube,
our leisure time has become dominated by social media. At NOBUDAM’s second exhibition,
we are privileged to showcase the creative expressions of 26 artists
who are presenting their unique hobbies in response to the uniformity of our free time.
Titled 'Playground,' this exhibition features six themes represented
by six rides: Bench, Slide, Climbing Frame, Swing, See-saw, and Merry-go-round.
