Starting point: Birth Map in South Korea

South Korea has lowest birthrate and the fastest speed of population ageing and the Korean government has been trying to motivate childbirth by campaigns. However, one of the latest childbirth promotion campaigns - Birth Map caused women's anger.

Project Brief

Problem: Maternity discrimination in Korea

Insight:

• Why Korean women don't want to have children?

• Why the previous childbirth promotion policies and campaigns didn't work in Korea?

• What can motivate Korean people to have more children?

Creative Solutions:

• Creative campaigns to motivate people to have children and empower them to be good parents / Rethink about the previous campaigns which didn't work
