ENTERPRISE PLAN 

The enterprise idea that we've been working on is offering affordable workspaces for young artists in London.

Our visions are making

- More creative London 

- The society where young artists have more opportunities

To achieve our vision, we set the mission which is 

Offering affordable and sustainable workspace for young artists.

Our unique selling point is that combing the two social values, 'opportunity' and 'sustainability'. The affordable workspace is filled up with the upcycling items and any people who use our workspace can join to the upcycling workshops and exhibitions via the workspace app.

(Upcycling - reuse discarded objects or material in such a way as to create a product of higher quality or value than the original.)

Based on the research, we found that there are many workspace rental businesses in London but the value of sustainability. Our upcycling activities give the enterprise more value and attraction.

To launch the social enterprise, we thought that applying the award such as 'Culture Seeds Award 2019' from Mayors Fund For London would be an effective way to get funds. Also, 'Art Council London' could be a major sponsor and business partner in terms of collaborating for more creative London. The donation function in our business app is also one of our revenue models.

From now on, we would focus on visualising and realising our enterprise idea with Adobe programs.
